Positive: We were a family of four and liked the comfortable beds, each bedroom had an ensuite which is really handy. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, cafetiere etc . The AC and fans were all in good working order . The location is amazing, 5 mins to the beach or shops and restaurants. Gardens are beautifully maintained.

Negative: The resident dogs in the complex can be a bit intimidating at times,growling and following you. Most are friendly but there was a couple who were a bit growly. Not the villas issue per se, rather the collective owners, but the pools are in need of a little bit of attention , cracked loose tiles etc. The lack of sun beds and shade and parasols around the pool also makes it a bit uncomfortable. The few sun beds that are round the big pool , again, are falling apart and dont have cushioning so ok for short dips and stays but you couldn't spend a long time there like you would at a hotel. we have stayed at Luisa by the sea many times and doesnt necessarily put us off,we just spend more time at the beach.

Positive: The villa is absolutely beautiful, equipped with all necessary amenities. Situated in a secure community of Luisa by the sea, surrounded by greenery everywhere and is at a walking distance from the beach, riverfront, restaurants and supermarket. The host, Sophie, is a delight to talk to and extremely welcoming. She along with the villa caretaker, made sure our stay was perfect. Would love to visit again soon!!
